These Community Guidelines are part of the broader Mobile Engage Pro Terms of Use. Capitalized terms that have not been defined here, such as “Organizer” and “User”, have the same definitions that Mobile Engage Pro uses in the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that we determine violates these guidelines or our Terms of Use.
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Respect is the foundation of our community. All Users are expected to treat others courteously, regardless of their background, opinions, or experiences. Discrimination or harassment in any form, including those based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the content you share on the platform must be accurate and not intentionally misleading. For Event Organizers, this includes complying with applicable privacy laws when handling attendee data. Organizers are responsible for securing any personal information collected and ensuring it is used solely for the purposes consented to by users. Privacy violations may result in penalties, including legal action.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, certain content and activities are strictly forbidden. Users must not post or promote content that includes violence, hate speech, or materials designed to offend or harm others. Similarly, promoting or engaging in illegal activities, such as the sale of counterfeit products, weapons, or drugs, is not allowed. Fraudulent practices, scams, or any form of unethical behavior that jeopardizes the integrity of the platform are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights
Respecting intellectual property rights is essential. Users must ensure that any content they upload or share, including event materials, images, and media, complies with copyright laws. If content is not owned by the user, proper permissions must be obtained before its use. Additionally, creators should be credited appropriately where required. Event Organizers wishing to use user-generated content, such as photos or testimonials, must first seek the necessary consent to avoid disputes or violations.
6. Event Responsibilities for Organizers
Event Organizers play a vital role in the Mobile Engage Pro community and are expected to meet specific standards. Organizers must provide accurate and complete information about their events, including details such as dates, locations, and pricing. It is their responsibility to secure any licenses or permits required for hosting events and to ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations. Organizers must also prioritize the well-being of attendees by adhering to safety standards and implementing proper emergency protocols.
7. Community Safety
Creating safe spaces is a collective effort. Users are encouraged to foster environments free from harm, whether physical, emotional, or psychological. Organizers are responsible for monitoring their events and addressing inappropriate or harmful behaviors swiftly and effectively. If you witness any behavior or content that violates community standards, we strongly encourage you to report it using the platform’s designated tools. Safety is our shared priority, and everyone has a role to play in maintaining it.
8. Responsible Platform Use
Responsible use of the Mobile Engage Pro platform is critical to ensuring its effectiveness for all Users. Misuse, such as spamming, phishing, or distributing harmful software, is strictly prohibited. Users should also avoid activities like data scraping, crawling, or unauthorized access to the platform’s data. Such behaviors disrupt the experience for others and may result in legal consequences. The platform is designed for fair use, and any attempts to exploit it for personal or commercial gain are not allowed.
9. Reporting Violations
We provide tools to help Users report violations of our Community Guidelines. If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, you can report it directly through the platform or contact our support team. Reports are treated confidentially, and your identity will not be disclosed unless required by law.
